Festival Rain

Azura blindly paced through the crowded festival. The noises of the crowds were absorbed by her strong hearing. She could hear the sound of a butterfly's beating wings if it were to pass by. This festival wasn't for her. It was far to noisy and hurt her ears. She dodged past person after person seeking a quiet place to hide out at for a while. A hand gripped her arm pulling her to a halting stop. Out of instinct she threw her fist at the person ignoring whether they were human or demon.
"Calm down!" they said as they brought her fist to a stop.
"Akihiro?"
"Yes," he grumbled.
She Took in his scent and realized to was in his full-breed form. Must mean it's a full moon tonight.
"Where are you going in a hurry?" Akihiro asked. "Why not enjoy what you can."
"All these loud noises are getting to me," Azura hissed then added. "But why does it matter its not like I can see!"
Her hand is waved in front of her face gesturing her blindness. He started at his sister with narrowed eyes in which she cannot observe. He lets out a heavy sigh, she could hear his clothes rub together. May be he was crossing his arms?
"Well may be you can enjoy the food with your sensitive taste palate of yours," he states before leaving her again.
I wonder if he's off to join someone, she thought. Azura shifted her feet around on the dirt to get a good feel of it. In a year her siblings might end up leaving to start a new family and new lives. This caused her chest to tighten in sadness wanting to be a child again and spend more time with them. She restrained her mind not to go through her brothers mind. Slowly she began to head towards the shrine hoping for a silent place next to it. In due time she makes it there. It was quieter here then the festival itself. Azura was about to settle herself down on a step before she felt a cold droplet of water glide across the scar on her cheek.
"Oh no, how did I not smell the rain," she murmured to no one particular.
Azura grunted not desiring to leave just yet but didn't want to worry her parents if she were stuck here for hours. Quickly she turned away and walked at a brisk pace. The rain didn't seem to hesitate to come crashing down on her. Her ears pick up the sound of peoples feet scurrying across the ground making splashes. She slowly got soaked for she wasn't able to run for if she did she knew she would surely fall. Suddenly she could no longer feel the rain fall on her head. She pulled her bangs out of her face. This scent was warm, it was familiar, and it caused her heart to skip with happiness.
"Yuuta?"
"That is my name," he said with a tone that made her crave more.
She had so many questions. She was so glad he came back. Her heart ached in relief to have him beside her.
"You'll catch a cold, ya know," he laughed.
"Shut up!" She cried facing him as she felt all these feelings swell up inside her.
She suddenly felt his presence grow closer to her, the feeling of his breath warmed her skin. She didn't have a clue what he was going to do. Without realizing what was being planned his left arm wrapped around her pulling her in while his lips pressed against hers. At first she struggled a bit but gave in. She knew she wanted this. She wanted him to never leave again. This bird mean't more to her then she wanted him to be.

Got bored. Again. Wrote something to go along with it. I dunno how good it is. I hope its good.

This reminds me of today a bit. Well with the rain. I had to share an umbrella with my boyfriend but we got drenched anyways. xD
